CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order with Alpha Commercial Cards (“Alpha,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you confirm that you have carefully reviewed and approved all spelling, layout, design elements, contact information, and overall accuracy of your artwork.

Your order will be printed exactly as shown in the final approved proof. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

By submitting your order, you accept full responsibility for any typographical, design, or content errors contained in the approved artwork and agree to these Terms of Service.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Alpha Commercial Cards reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving final proofs before printing.

Alpha Commercial Cards is not liable for errors in the final product after proof approval, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling or grammar errors
  • Incorrect phone numbers, addresses, or emails
  • Graphic placement
  • Bleeds and margins
  • Font issues
  • Overprinting
  • Low-resolution images
  • Incorrect page order

Once approval is given, the order moves directly into production.

Customers must have full authorization to use all submitted content, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials.

Alpha Commercial Cards reserves the right to refuse printing any material that:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains unlawful content
  • Is defamatory or misleading
  • Is explicit or inappropriate

All printed materials remain subject to applicable copyright laws.

You are solely responsible for all artwork and content submitted.

Alpha Commercial Cards does not review content for legal compliance but reserves the right to refuse any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida and the United States.

Alpha Commercial Cards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Website use
  • Service interruptions
  • Delays
  • Order errors beyond the approved proof

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the printed product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Commercial Cards from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Unlawful content
  • Misuse of printed materials

To ensure proper printing:

  • Files must be in CMYK color mode
  • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
  • Bleed must be properly included when required

Alpha Commercial Cards is not responsible for color shifts, quality issues, or print defects resulting from improperly prepared files.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Variations may occur due to:

  • Printing processes
  • Paper stock
  • Ink absorption
  • Screen-to-print differences

These variations are considered industry standard and acceptable.

Printed materials may have trimming variances up to 1/16 inch (0.0625”).

Designs should not rely on exact edge alignment.

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Cancellation fees may apply.

No refunds will be issued for design services, file preparation, or completed production.

All sales are final due to the custom nature of printed products.

If a verified production error occurs, Alpha Commercial Cards may issue:

  • A reprint
  • Store credit
  • Refund at our discretion

Claims must be reported within 15 business days of delivery.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Technical issues

Shipping methods cannot be changed once an order has shipped.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

A quantity variance of up to 5% over or under the ordered amount is considered acceptable industry standard.

Alpha Commercial Cards does not store credit card information.

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

Customers agree not to solicit Alpha Commercial Cards employees or contractors for a period of two (2) years following their last order.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security practices of third-party websites linked from our site.

Customers who opt into SMS communications agree to receive promotional and service-related messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out at any time.
